- To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
- Returned products will be reviewed by our Quality Assurance (QA) team to ensure compliance with our return policy.
Refunds
- Refunds will be initiated within 2-3 working days after the returned product is received and approved by our QA team.
- The refunded amount will be credited to the same payment method used at checkout.
- Please note that the shipping fee will be deducted from the refunded amount.
Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled anytime before dispatch.
